The psalmist begins by extolling two of God’s great attributes—His Omniscience and His Omnipresence.  He then proceeds to reflect upon what that meant to him and how he would govern his life.  This psalm can be divided into two sections—The Omniscience and Omnipresence of God (1-16) and Personal Reflections by the Psalmist (17-24).
