   Bethany Baptist Church (BBC) is a Christ-centered, Bible-based, People-caring Evangelical Church that is actively involved in Missions. (Acts 1:8; 1Cor. 12:26: Eph. 2:19-20; 2Tim. 3:16-17)

   The purpose of Bethany Baptist Church is to teach the Word of God, worship Jesus Christ and reach all people with the Gospel, with emphasis on youth and families. (Mat.t. 28:18-20; Acts 18:11; Phil. 2:9-11)
3. OUR MISSION  (What we do)
   The mission of Bethany Baptist Church is to minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ through Evangelism, Education, Worship, Fellowship and Equipping for Service. (Acts 2:41-47; Eph. 4:11-16)

   “Bringing people to spiritual maturity and service in the Kingdom of God.” (Col. 1:28)

   • Bethany Baptist Church (BBC) is an unaffiliated local congregation functioning as a nonprofit, tax exempt organization and primarily funded by the tithes and offerings of God’s people.
   • BBC is committed to honoring our Baptist distinctives, and is congregationally governed and administered under the leadership of the Pastor in accordance with its statement of faith, constitution and by-laws.
   • BBC is committed to conducting ministry in a way that brings glory to God and demonstrates the fruit of the Holy Spirit.
   • €BBC is committed to effective ministry through expository preaching, quality education and distinctive worship.
   • BBC is committed to worldwide missions through education, communication, praying, giving and sending.
   • BBC is committed to discipling every believer in the Word of God and equipping them for ministry.
   • BBC is committed to providing opportunities for youth and young adults to discover their spiritual gifts, develop their leadership skills and participate in ministry.
   • BBC is committed to being a light of hope to the community through benevolence, prayer, hospitality, evangelism and revitalization as ambassadors for Christ.
   • BBC is committed to effectively reaching all people with the Gospel, recognizing the multi-cultural nature of our society.
   • BBC is committed to sustaining and developing ministries that will contribute to the edification and education of believers leading them to spiritual maturity.
   • BBC is committed to fellowship within the body through ministries, smaller groups, interpersonal relationships and benevolence.
   • BBC is committed to providing intergenerational ministry and fellowship opportunities.
