This is not a ministry thing or a leadership thing-It’s a church-wide thing-a movement. We should value intergenerational relationships because WE NEED EACH OTHER. To understand and be better positioned to relate to one another, we need to get to know one another, including what makes us different: our ages, our life experiences, how we communicate and receive information, and our personal preferences. Once we understand and embrace one another, we can use our differences for the Kingdom of God.
